Kids BJJ training at Hilti BJJ Berlin

Kids BJJ Berlin

Confidence. Movement. Friendships.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and teens from age 5. One of the largest kids' and youth programs in Germany. With clear structure, real supervision, and long-term development.

Why parents trust us

More than supervision. Real Jiu-Jitsu.

At Hilti BJJ Berlin, it's not just about keeping kids occupied. We teach real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a long-term training concept.

In all kids' and minis' classes, several coaches and assistants work on the mats. This lets us offer a strong coach-to-child ratio and respond individually to each child.

Our kids learn technique, body awareness, respect, discipline, and teamwork. Short-term wins are nice, but the focus is always on the long-term development of every single child.

For those who want more

Competing is possible.

Anyone who wants more can grow into the Competition Team over time. Our kids and teens have already won national and international titles. Competing is entirely optional and always builds on a solid technical foundation. Our magazine article Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Kids explains why competition can still be a valuable experience.

Youth Performance

Success comes from trust and good work.

We're proud to have produced our own European champions, Grand Slam winners, and international medalists in our youth program. Still, development, character, and enjoying the sport always come before medals.

New: Parent-Child Class

Parent-Child Matten-Abenteuer

Once a week: a playful movement class for kids aged 2 to 5, together with a parent or another trusted adult. The focus is on the joy of movement, first experiences on the mats, and a shared moment with mom, dad, or another companion — a playful first step before the later move into our regular kids' groups.
