Beginners welcome

You don't need any experience.

For adult beginners we recommend the BJJ onboarding courses. Teen beginners are best placed in the appropriate Kids or Teens classes.

Please bring sandals and sportswear without pockets or zippers. Please trim finger- and toenails beforehand.
