Hilti BJJ Berlin training

BJJ for Beginners Berlin

Start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

No prior experience needed. We'll show you step by step how to start training safely and comfortably.

What is BJJ?

Technique over strength.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art where you learn to control positions, move on the ground, and hold your own against stronger or bigger opponents through technique.

It's not about exchanging strikes. BJJ is more like chess with your body. Every position has solutions, transitions, and details.
