BJJ Black Belt, multiple-time world and European champion, and one of the most successful German Jiu-Jitsu and grappling athletes.
Denise's role at Hilti BJJ Berlin goes far beyond kids' and youth training. She also leads the Competition Class, the CLA Class, and the Women's Class, guiding a wide range of athletes — from first steps on the mats all the way to competition preparation.
She's one of the most successful German grapplers of all time and is today considered the most successful active German BJJ athlete at the international black belt level.
Her coaching combines technical precision, competition experience, and clear, long-term athlete development — in kids' and youth training just as much as in the Competition Class, the CLA Class, and the Women's Class.

Denise brings experience from JJIF, JJEU, IBJJF, and AJP competitions into training. With results at all the major international federations, she's one of the few German athletes who regularly win medals and titles at the highest black belt level. That experience flows not only into the competition team, but into kids' and youth training as well.
