Competition & Referee Experience
Active competitor and international referee.
Frank isn't just Head Coach and a 3rd degree BJJ Black Belt — he's also still an active competitor. Over many years he's earned numerous national and international results, including titles and medals in the Masters division at a high international level.
Frank also works as an international referee at high-level tournaments. This gives him detailed knowledge of different rule sets and an exceptionally deep understanding of scoring, advantage rules, match management, and strategic decisions.
That's a huge advantage for his coaching. Athletes benefit not only from his technical knowledge, but also from the fact that Frank understands exactly how matches are scored and how to act smart under competition conditions.
